“Location”

“I love small older family owned hotels and this was the best of the best. Wonderful staff and owner, nice room, great pool and it is on a hill looking down onto the riverfront where they have a bait, tackle and gift store with a restaurant inside for breakfast and lunch. We had breakfast there both days, it was very good with homemade biscuits. You can put your boat in right there, and several other restaurants in walking distance. We had a great stay and they have a full coffee pot in each...

“Seats in breakfast area were badly strained. Husband had to wait for eggs and so did others. This hotel did not meet the usual standards of Hampton Inn. ”

“My overnight stay was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only bug was that I could not get my room key card to unlock the door. My wife's key worked. I have stayed in several hotels in Perry. This hotel was by far the best if you are willing to pay more to get a quality stay.”

“Very neat clean room however there was a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor. Pool half full of green slime. Hallways carpets worn and stained and often smelled of stall smoke. Staff was apathetic.”

“This is a cute little place thats a great option for people who dont want to stay in a hotel or are traveling with pets. It was clean and had everything we needed. The host was very communicative and responded quickly. ”

“The host and other visitors were all very friendly and helpful. The room had all convientices with a fridge. microwave, and a sofa, even a round table with two chairs. Could stand to be updated but the bed was comfy and as a woman traveling alone- I felt good. Thank you”
